"Discount code felt kind of misleading"
I ended up ordering from Myka after seeing a discount promo on their site, mostly because I was already half-looking for a gift and had a couple tabs open while drinking coffee. The banner made it seem like the discount would apply a certain way, but once I got to checkout, it didn’t really match what I thought I was getting. There were extra conditions, but they weren’t clear upfront, at least not in a way I noticed.
I reached out to customer service and they did reply, but it felt like a standard copy-and-paste response rather than someone actually looking at the situation. The item itself was fine, so it’s not like the whole order was a disaster, but the promo left a bad taste. I don’t have a problem paying full price if that’s the price, I just don’t like when a discount is made to look better than it actually is

I don’t know, the packaging was the first thing I noticed and it kind of killed the excitement right away. The box just looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry, and when I opened it, the inside wasn’t sitting neatly or anything, so it gave off a much cheaper feel than I expected.
I bought it as a gift too, which made it worse because I immediately thought, okay, I can’t hand it over like this. I ended up rewrapping it myself just so it looked more presentable. The actual item might have been fine, but the whole presentation really let it down for me.
"Engraving was barely readable"
I ordered a necklace with engraving, it came out so faint that I had to keep tilting it under the light just to make out what it said. For what I paid, I really expected it to be much clearer. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them with something that was supposed to be personal. Disappointed, and I definitely wouldn’t order anything engraved from them again
"Support was definitely way too slow"
I’m honestly 100% sure the support response took longer than it should have. I had to send a follow-up just to get a basic answer, which was frustrating. To be fair, they weren’t rude or anything, but the reply came late and didn’t really help much once it finally showed up. When there’s an issue with an order, I definitely expect better support than that.

"Getting a refund was a hassle"
Getting my refund ended up being way more of a pain than I expected. It took too long, and I had to keep checking in just to find out what was going on. The replies were nice enough, but they didn’t really give me much help or clear answers. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was frustrating.

"Tarnished way too fast"
It looked really cute at first, but it got dull way quicker than I expected. Kinda dissapointed because I thought it would hold up a bit better.

Just a warning for anyone ordering, the confirmation email I got didn’t really make it clear what my order included. I had to double-check things because it wasn’t obvious, and that made the whole process a little frustrating.

The price looked fine until I got to checkout, then extra fees suddenly showed up. I reached out to support and felt like they were blaming me for not noticing something earlier. Frustrating experience and not cool at all.

"shipping took longer than i expected"
i ordered this from overseas and the item itself was nice. shipping just took quite a bit longer than i thought it would. the tracking also didn’t update much, so i wasn’t really sure where it was half the time. not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be better...

I ordered a personalized necklace from Myka as a birthday gift, and at first I was excited about it. The design looked really cute on the site, but the shipping ended up taking longer than expected and the tracking wasnt very useful.
Once it finally arrived, the necklace was fine, but it felt a lot lighter than I thought it would. It wasnt awful or anything, just a little disappointing for the price, and I probably wont order from them again.

I mean, you’d think someone would at least read the message before responding, but it didn’t seem that way. It was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

The necklace is okay, but the photo and preview on the site made it look a lot cleaner and more detailed than it does in person. The engraving is smaller than I expected and kind of hard to read. I also had to wait in a queue longer than I thought just to get it sorted/ordered, which made the whole thing a bit more frustrating. It’s not awful, but I was definitely disappointed when I opened it. Would’ve been nice if the preview matched the real item better.

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way too small. The measurements on site didn’t match what I got at all, which was annoying because I was expecting a normal fit. I don’t think I’d trust the size guide again.

"Tracking said delivered, but no package"
The tracking showed my package was delivered, but it was definitely not anywhere near my house. I checked around, asked neighbors, and still nothing. What made it more frustrating was not being able to get in touch with an actual person to help sort it out. Everything felt automated, which just made the whole thing more annoying.

"Cute at first, but feels a little cheap"
I thought this necklace looked really cute online, and my sister even said it seemed like a nice pick. But once it arrived, it felt kind of thin and cheaper than I expected. The clasp feels flimsy, and the engraving is hard to read unless you look closely. It’s not terrible, but I was hoping it would feel a bit nicer in person

I’m not totally sure what was going on, but the checkout process was confusing and didn’t seem to work right. My payment kept failing or acting weird, and after trying for a bit, I just gave up and left.

"Wish I’d paid closer attention to the clasp"
I bought this necklace and regret not trusting my gut about the clasp right away. It felt kind of flimsy from the first day, but I figured maybe it would be fine. It kept coming loose, and then it actually opened while I was out, which was really frustrating. Now I’m nervous to wear it because I don’t want to lose it. For the price, I really expected it to be more secure
